Caged I could tell you things about them
Things I've seen from atop my balcony
Things they themselves hardly notice
I watch them as they move
In an out of my apartment building
Never staying for too long
For them this is a one way stop
on the road to bigger and better
For me this is a way of life
Like a caged bird
I long to be free from this
To fly away
and just be free |
