An Americans Pledge

I used to think riches was honor,
But found honor is riches.
I thought I needed much,
But found much in little.
I thought I must always win,
But found I must first,
Learn to be a looser.
I thought I must be brave,
But found the brave must first be afraid.
When troubled waters rise,
It is then We learn to swim.
When in a whirled of troubles,
It is by peace, I learn to fly.
Some are rich,yet very poor.
Some are poor, yet rich in much.
One my have eyes but cannot see.
One can be blind, yet see very clearly.
Some have ears but cannot hear.
Yet some are deaf, can hear clearly.
By fear we find faith,
By faith hope cometh ,
By hope we find Love .
It is not in self we find truth,
But in God we must trust.
