What Happens When Fantasy Meets Reality Kings, Queens, Unicorns, Trolls, Wizards, Toads that turn to prince charming, not to mention all those
crazy concoctions and witches brews, Is this your world?
Men, Women, Adam, Eve, Dogs, Cats, Children and Bills to pay, death and divorce the phone won't quit
ringing, nobody is ever on time, nothing goes right this is my world!
How can you just escape it all, drift into your land of dreams have you never known any pain?
I sit and search for the solutions day after day, I face these things wondering if I'm going insane!
I have to admit that since you came along things in my life have taken a turn and there is change. You
captured a piece of my heart and refused to let me run away.
You tell me I don't have to understand but you're a Soldier a true Knight in shining armor, Handsome and
brave strong and too good to be true yet you promise to forever stay.
I ask you what happens when Fantasy and Reality finally meet... Your answer much to simple for my
liking, you say they meet in the middle and become one in the same.
I want to accept that as true but you see we are different and how can we make it work we'll surely wind
up going separate ways and for me this is more than a silly game.
You believe and never doubt in a love that never fails. For me that just is not real. I love you too, that I
must confess and to loose you I would rather die.
I fight it and try to hide it, this only happens in fairy tales. For you it's only a battle of good versus evil,
you've heard me laugh and you've seen me cry.
I know I'm in denial I want you to be my King but I do not see for even a day me as a Queen. I love you
and I guess it's a risk I'll have to take but I have to Know!
You tell me it will be OK our love is destined to be. Your name is Fantasy and you've just met me I'm
Reality you ask me to join you on a journey where our love will grow.
I asked you once again My Dearest Darling Fantasy please help me to see what becomes of you and me.
For you see it in my eyes you can read my soul I just can't bear to lose you.
Once again you explained as best as you could! My Love Reality without you all I have is dreams no
accomplishments, let me be the part of your life that makes your dreams come true.
With that explanation I began to see now as we walk this path together my fears disappear. Night and
Day, Light and Dark, Black and White they fit together and make the picture complete.
Boys and Girls, Dogs and Cats, the sun and the moon they compliment the other like a hand in a glove the
perfect duo. Now I see that is what happens when we finally decide to meet.
The answer you helped me to see was right there in my mind I only had to see it from your eyes in a
different kind of way. Together we will walk in both worlds and began our life.
When you return from your new journey just begun, this war you have to fight in a distant land hot and
dry. We didn't know this path we would both take just remember I am your wife.
