Silence or something like it And if they,
quiet down for two minutes
and the fighting subsides for awhile
and they,
let go of who did it
we've all walked these bleak miles,
to,
get away for the noise,
when everything's wrong,
maybe I'll keep on walking,
They wont notice I'm gone.
And its,
six o'clock in the morning
I haven't slept through the night
even the silence is too loud
when these,
these gaurdians fight.
and I,
wait for the crashing,
and I'll wait for the cry,
walking in seperate directions,
they say their goodbyes.
So we'll,
pack up our boxes,
its only an hour away,
and we'll,
see him on weekends,
and pretend its okay.
Yet the,
statics still there
and I'm getting quite tired
these years pass like days now,
So uniquely admired.
But I've,
made it a promise
to the ones that I'll love
Not to,
reap the aquaintance
of these,
painful things we make up.
And though,
we're younger we're finding
as we cry through the night,
even the silence is too loud
When these gaurdians fight...
