It 's Christmas Time


It's christmas time
We are gathered
Around the tree
The kids are
Opening their presents
And you are
Smiling at me.

Getting the meal
Ready
Family and friends
Gathered round
Rush, rush
There is no
Slowing down.

The children are
Laughing and playing
So gleefully
Listening to the chime
Knowing that
It's Christmas time.
