A True Friend I'm more happy now I've met you
Before we met I didn't know what to do
I was alone so sad inside
You don't know how many times I cried
And the number of times my heart had died
You came along and leant me your ear
I'm so glad that your still here
You are the friend I needed the most
When everyone else thought I was a ghost
It's true to say and is still a fact
You rescued me before I collapsed
You guided me through the good and the bad
Thanks to you I'm no longer sad
