The Rain The rain it falls day after day
I'm sure it shouldn't be that way
The rain never seems to go away
No matter how hard I hope and pray
Sometimes it's heavy and sometimes it's light
It sometimes falls all through the night
It may even bring a storm or two
That manages to really scare you
Nothing seems to stop the rain
It's always such a pain
We need the rain just the same
But it still remains to be a pain
