Enemies I forgive my enemies
For the things that they have done
They've been nasty in different ways
But they have never won
I salute their bravery
They have tried so hard
To make life hell for me
And destroy my self-esteem
No matter what they've tried to do
To ruin this life of mine
I have grown stronger
Each and every day
They try so hard to break me
So I fall to my knees
They think I'll beg for mercy
But they cannot succeed
They will never win this war
That they've declared against me

Because they'll never hurt me
They can try forever
To beat this lonely man
