Lonely New Year Why is it I feel as lonely as I do?
Why is it that, I still cry for you?
I don't want to be on my own
All I want is to be loved again
I only wish I knew
What I had to do
What must I do?
To make my dreams come true
I feel lonely day by day
A loneliness that's here to stay
You will never have to feel
The loneliness I feel
As a new year heads my way
My days and nights remain the same
I know that I'm heading to
A lonely year without you
A new year may bring love my way
By then it could be too late
I'm planning on leaving this town
And all the bad luck it did bring
