My Special Friends Friends seem to come and go
They help our love to grow
But when we loose a friend
What are we to do then?
Friendships grow strong with time
Friendships often work out fine
Sometimes friendships can go wrong
Sometimes they stay forever strong
I have seen friends come and go
I have had many friendships grow
But sometimes my friends fall out with me
They stop coming to visit me
I have had friends that have died
And for them I have cried
I still remember the friends I've lost
Those friends are forever lost
I have made many new friends
I keep their faces in my head
I care about the friends I have
They are the ones I can't do without
I have few special friends
My sad heart they helped to mend
The names of those special friends
