I was so surprised
You'd been trying to say it
For such a long time
You said that you loved me
I wanted to cry
I suddenly felt happy
When you said those words to me
Now I wonder what the future holds
For you and I
I hope that we can meet soon
And share each other's lives
If I could I'd pay for you
To come and live with me
I know you'd love it
Being here with me
But now I must tell you
How I truly feel
My darling I love you
In such a special way
And although we're far apart
I hope our feelings grow
Until the day I hold you
My love will always grow
