My Friend Loneliness I made a new friend
On the day that she left
My new friend suddenly appeared
As soon as she disappeared
My new friend has no name
He's always with me in the rain
My friend has no heart or soul
I'm the only one he knows
He seems to share my pain
Our pain is exactly the same
He's really a part of me
He always likes to follow me
He does however have a nickname
It describes my type of pain
He is known as loneliness
After a while he becomes a pest
Loneliness is only known
To those who are alone
As soon as your heart gets broke
You can be sure he'll find you
Nothing will ever drive him away
Loneliness will always stay
Until your heart has renewed
Loneliness will stick with you
