Fall is upon us,Earth's beauty's we share.
Rains, chilly breeze and darkened skies.
Leaves are browning.falling all around.
Plants dying, and foter drying.
Pumpkins ripen on the vine,
Good for making holiday pies.
Smells of stews fill the air.
Thanksgiving is near,
I can all but smell, Grand-Ma's apple pies.
Scenes of red, Orange, yellow, and brown,
In yards and gardens all around.
Leaves flying round and round, gives warning,
It's time for earth to sleep,
To wait for winter to finish her course.
