Spring Is Birthed
Spring Is Birthed
3/12/96
Winter breaks and bleeds through the earth.
Feel the soft breezes of Spring,on the horizon.
Be right still,you can hear whisperings of life beneath the soil.
Roots are breaking through earth,rising upward to the light.
A new day dawns.
Earth's heart beats with the warmth of the sun.
Winds are soft,the time is right to bring
forth new growth.
Be right still and listen.
Can you hear sounds of seed beneath the soil?
There bursting forth,twisting and pushing through the earth.
Spring is here, plants must rise.
Can you hear the earth give birth?
To new life within the earth, just beneath your feet.
