Two Embrace

Two Embrace
8/8/98

Though miles are between the heavens and the earth.
There seems to be no distance, when I begin to pray.
As I pray, the clouds all move away.
Where they go,I will never know.
With burdens lighter, I'm free as A breeze.
Heaven comes closer as prayer soars the air.
Heaven spreads her arms,Earth comes to her side.
Since I am between, close I feel to both.
As heaven kisses Earth, my needs are met.
As these two embrace,my sins are then erased.
God made them far apart, so we would have to pray.
Together they can never be ,lest we begin to pray.
Bring the two together, let them touch a while.
For when we pray they embrace.
He made them miles apart, the heavens and the earth.
When we begin to pray,it's then they will embrace.
God brings them together, while we talk to him.
Our burdens are for a reason,it's then we talk to God.
