Little Shepherd
Little Shepherd
Written 7/8 /1997
A man of God sleeps in the earth.
He taught us of God's love.
He made us want to live right.
A man of God life has passed,
Two working hands now at rest.
It broke our hearts for him to go.
A man of God now walks on streets of gold.
He taught us how to walk on earth.
When you left, you didn't go alone.
A part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.
Thank God for little shepherds,
Those that love the sheep.
A man of God so precious,almost like a dad.
Man of God ,you just rest.
We will walk with Jesus,just like you taught.
We'll live our life the best we can,
For we must wait our fate.
