Forget-me-not
when you leave
this world behind,
I am with
you always.
May God bring us
together again
in the after life.

Let our souls meet
on the other side
of Heaven's Gate,
if you hold out
your hand,
I will reach
for you.

Forget-me-not
when you leave

I am forever
in your heart
and you are
forever in mine.
