Forgive and Forget?

How can you
forgive and forget
a person that comes
into your home,
eats you food,
takes over your computer
for an entire week,
goes home and
calls you a wh*re to
your husband?

How can you
forgive a person like that
and forget what they said?

It might have been a joke,
but I take it personally,
there's no right and
no damn excuse for a friend,
you think of as a little brother,
to say something like that.

I'm not a hateful person,
but something like that,
pi*ses me off.

It's never happened to me before
and it better not
happen again.

I'm not a wh*re and
never will be.
