Upon The Open Ocean

My heart and soul
want to be
upon the open ocean,
with not a care
in the world.

I long to be free
from this harsh,
hateful world,
I want to sail away
and be along side
the whales and dolphins.

Upon the open ocean
is where I want to be,
away from the existance
of hate among humans.

I hear and see the
same thing every day
on the news,
poeple getting killed,
rapes and tortured.

What kind of place
is this to live?
