Osteopenia

I went to the
doctor's office today
and found out
I have osteopenia,
it's another form
of osteoporosis.

The doctor said,
if I don't do anything
to slow down the process
of the deteriation of my
bones now,
by the time
I'm 40,
I'll have full blown
osteoporosis.

I am too young
to have this,
if I slip on the ice
and have a fall,
no matter if it's
big or small,
I am at risk to
seriuosly injure myself.

Now I have to
go back onto hormone
replacement to fix
the damage that
has been done.
