On the Inside

On the inside all I can hear is my self-screaming.
But on the outside you'll see my smile gleaming.
The real me am full of this unwanted feeling.
However, to everyone else I just keep beaming.
If you want to know the truth, my soul is dying.
But to all the pretty people I'll just keep on lying.
You may not see the tears, but the truth is I'm crying.
The pain is constant and that's why I'm rhyming.
