My New Planted FlowersFlowers of many colors Like a rainbow, after a rain. Stepping in puddles, all muddy with dirt I felt like a kid, all over again. Mums for my sweet mother I know she would love. Roses for my sister From the heavens above. I looked in the corner And there was a spider Making a web... To catch her prey. A cute lady bug, flying low Then she landed on my toe A litte lizard dropped by Then scared the lady bug away Lilies of the Valley I planted near a pond Now the frogs are croaking Of their heavenly sounds Sunbeams, peeking through my window As the day go by Will soon cast shadows Over my new planted flowers!
