How do I love thee?
What to you shall I say?
You're the spark in my life
Each night, every day -
The air that I breathe,
The beat in my heart.
Would you think that to be
A very good start?
How I do love thee?
I can never deny
With all of my being
And it is no lie,
That I adore you,
As a rose in full bloom,
Brightening my world when
You walk in my room.
How do I love thee?
Let me ponder replies
That I'd give to you,
Looking deep in your eyes,
If you should ask me
As we make passion love
With the stars of Heaven
Exploding above.
