How Can I Sleep?

How can I sleep
without you here?
Holding me close
whipering in my ear.

How can I sleep
without your touch?
Knowing I love you
oh, so much.

How can I sleep
without your kiss?
Our hearts beating as one
I will miss.

How can I sleep?

I'm very tired, but I refuse to go to bed.
