Oh! My

She was standing there by the wall
An interesting discovery
She was so cute, she was small
I asked her for a dance
Said “she didn't have the freedom”
Showed me her collar
It was beautiful, so I did glance
Gold with rubies it looked fine
She handed me a glass
Said “here have some wine”

I felt pure fascination
As I looked at her
She would be my inspiration
And then she was a blur
She vanished in front of me
She had been so vividly clear
She looked so lovely
What had happened, and why?
Who was she?
Buzz…..went my morning wake up
I smiled, yawned, and stretched, moaning Oh! My…
