FIRE!! FIRE!!
Panic, smoke, blunder

Summer is here, cookouts and such
Steaks, hamburgs and hot dogs and more
Just too much
To mention
~
Grilling I walked
In the house
The phone rang
Talked and talked
~
Looking out
Gawd I had a fire
I started to shout
The deck was on fire
Got to put it out
~
With a panic in my heart
Couldn't see, just way too much smoke
What do I do? where do I start?
Couldn't breath started to choke
~
What a blunder I had had done
All I wanted was to have some friends over
And to share some fun
~
Call 911
Tell them were burning
Come help everyone
~
Grab the hose
And squirting up at the house
The one hose I chose
~
Was leaking and very little pressure
But I squirted it up
This house was my treasure
~
They threw water by the cup
By the glass
Even drowned my pup
~
We got out that fire
Before they could arrive
It messed with my IRE
