The world was rocked
From thunder in the sky,
A city destroyed
In the blink of an eye.

Bodies charred to a cinder
Some lives were erased,
People obliterated
While they stood in place.

A mushroom cloud
Hung overhead,
While people were lying
In the streets, dead.

Black rain fell
From the sky that day,
While people drunk it
Their lives were being taken away.

It was a cold day in Hell
On that August day,
When the A-Bomb was dropped
The skies were dark and grey.

Came up with this, while watching a documentary about Hiroshima, Japan. May their souls forever rest in peace Aug.6/1945 - Aug.6/2005.

I didn't write this to offend anybody.
