Painting Without Paint
I see a poem, like a canvas
Of beauty, and grace
The shadows, the eerie outlines,
~
Images, the light, the face
My words direct the viewer,
To my hidden space
~
And yet he or she may not see,
No matter how hard I try
So it is my words,
~
That set the picture free
So you can see what it is that I can see
I use words to be my paint in reality....
