Hell Of A Day,A
results of a poetry contest
I started my day crawling out of my bed
when the kids started fighting at about 6am
Late night party, this morning I would dread
Like shards of glass vibrating
With each movement of my head
I yelled at my kids to go back to bed
The sky turned black and gloomy
Thunder and lightening was the show
I wanted to die quickly, don't you know
I covered my head with pillows and covers
Tornado sirens continuous, what next ,anyway
and thats why I say it was one hell of a day
