I Would Rather ......
I would rather......
Feel the autumn breeze against my face,
Then be stuck here
Alone in this place.
I would rather......
Sail across the ocean, on blue-green waves,
Then sit here and cry
While you are away.
I would rather......
Travel the world, take in the sights,
That would be better for me
Than freezing through a long, dark, cold, lonely night.
