Lost and found
She was in the lost and found
I asked her what she was looking for
Said a scarf, had I seen it around?

She got it for Christmas
I said could you describe it to me
She said flowers it has
~
I said ok let me look and see
Rays of light were shining
On a piece of cloth near me
~
I picked up and it had stars to be sure
Under it was the present she had described
I picked it up, smiled and handed it to her
~
She said oh thank you,
I said you're welcome
I am always glad to help you
~
Off she went with her present
Another good day at the lost and found
Feeling satisfied and content
