We were sitting in the park
Playing chess
I looked as I heard a dog bark

Timer was running
I hesitated
She was grinning

I made the move in a flash
Cameras were popping
I wanted to dash

It wasn't over
She had a move
She couldn't cover

"Checkmate" I said
She said "oh my gawd"
Her eyes looked and plead
~
I know why she lost the game
Her passion had been aroused
You could see the lust and flame
~
In her eyes, in her face
She had lost
And with such grace
~
I felt her toe
Up my leg
Yes I know
