Good or Bad

I said, "Its time to go to bed",

"Oh I 'm not really tired yet"

She said

~

We don't have to go to sleep

I smiled and said

She said "oh not to sleep"

~

I laughed as her face got pink then red

She came to me hugging me tight

We moved slowly towards the bed

~

She whispered merry Christmas and I love you dear

As we climbed on to the bed

She said have you been good or bad, I said, "bad I fear"

~

She pulled up my nightie

And said "good! I love you dear"
