Pattern...beach...drop

it's a pattern of life
smile and laugh
there is enough strife
~
take a walk on the beach
feels the sand in your toes
I don't want to preach

drop the burdens of your day
walk out into the sea
think what a lovely day,

dive in, get wet
stand up, did you get it
happy to be alive, say it
~
scream loud and clear
I am happy to be alive
I vanish all fear
