Summer Vacation

To escape the reality of the hood
We went to the northern woods
Back to uncivilized land
Every summer it was planned

Lanterns and camp fires at night
Beautiful days in the sun light
Mosquito netting a must
Local animals and their trust

Wake up with the sun
Around the big table everyone
More pancakes everyone begs
Or maybe bacon and eggs

Milk and juice, Coffee hot
All meals served in this spot
First outside work to be done
Then later we all have fun

Waterfalls, rivers and a hidden lake
So many pictures we take
Inhaling the scents of Nature
Is enough to induce rapture
