He rides through the ghost town
No signs of life anywhere,
A lone cowboy on his horse
Looking for a woman so fair.

He won't find one here
The town was abandoned,
Searching for his one true love
As the skies above, darkened.

He stops at a building, one marked saloon
Get down off his horse,
His spurs clanked across the dusty ground
His face was weather worn and coarse.

He stopped in front of the saloon doors
And yelled out loud and clear,
Only his voice bounced off the walls
"Hello, is anybody here?"

He let himself into the saloon
Saw a lady, in a red dress sitting on the stair,
It must have been the woman of his dreams
The woman he was looking for, so fair.

He walked up to her
And introduced himself,
She stood up and wrapped her arms around him
His heart then filled with love and wealth.
