He Calls For Her

He calls for her
In the still of the night,
Underneath the moon
And the sparkling star light.

Her soul was taken away
By terrifying rough seas,
He stands on the cliff
Begging on his knees.

He asks God, why she
Was taken and not him,
He pleads to God, to be with her
As the stars start growing dim.

He calls to her
In the silence of the night,
Tears of sadness flow down his face
Under the pale moon's light.
