 Candle Without The Flame

My heart held a candle
Thought I'd love you til the end,
The flame burned itself out
Never to be lit again.

At one time, long ago
I'd walk a thousand miles for you,
But now I don't feel the same
My soul is hurt and blue.

My heart cries rivers
Through all this pain,
The flame burned itself out
Never to be lit again.
