Doing The Happy Dance
I'm doing the happy dance
My book goes to print on Monday,
I tripped over the rug
Landed on my rump, it's a fun day.
Banged my knee
On the coffee table,
Doing my happy dance
Though I am still able.
Stubbed my toe
On the door casing,
Doing my happy dance
While I was around racing.
Twirling here and there
Doing my happy dance,
Bent over to do the splits
Damn, I just ripped the butt out of my pants.
I don't mind
Not a care in the world,
Doing my happy dance
Across the room, my shoe hurled.
