If I Could Reach The Stars
If I could reach the stars
And give them all to you,
It would help put a smile on your face
When your feeling sad and blue.
I would put them in my pocket
For safe keeping,
Make sure you get them
Before you start weeping.
I'd glide along the Milky Way
gather them all up,
Get them all to you
Before the sunup.
I would do anything
To put a smile on your face,
These stars are precious
Touched by God's loving embrace.
