Little Red Cardinal

Little red Cardinal
Sitting in a tree,
I see you
Looking down at me.

Oh, what beauty
Your feathers hold,
I can imagine the stories
Each one holds.

God created you
With His love,
Your spirit flies
Like a lonesome dove.
