Why I Never Feel The Rain 
I need to speak to you,
Quietly and calmly,
Telling you,
In truth,
In love and care,
The essence of being,
With you,
Around you,
And sharing,
Those precious moments,
In your time,
I need to tell you,
Face to face,
That I carry you,
With me,
Always,
That I worry,
When you're,
Not by my side,
And look to the stars,
For the answers,
Only to find,
Their lustre,
Reflected in,
The heart.
Your love,
Is like a drug,
I've become dependent upon,
Your smile,
The antidote to my pain,
And I wonder,
When I see you …….
Why I never feel the rain.
