Fairy Tales

Her life is filled with fairy tales,
Of queens and coronets,
Of happy ever afters,
Ballet points and pirouettes,

A magic castle in the sky,
And servants at her feet,
A knight in shining armour,
And a prince she's yet to meet,

With fairies in her garden,
Their secrets she must keep,
Lest they would quietly leave her,
Unprotected in her sleep,

A special magic kingdom,
Is hers, and hers alone,
She wears a gown of taffeta,
And sits upon a throne,

A crown of gold and diamonds,
Sits heavy on her head,
She hears a gentle lullaby,
And takes her prince to bed.
