Spend your money
Whichever way you want,
Snub your nose
To the poorest of people,
Lay your head down
On a satin pillow in a mansion,
But, don't tread on me!

Sip your coffee
With your pinky finger in the air,
Chill your champagne
Then, pour it into fine crystal glasses,
Wear your most fancy attire
To a party by the lake,
But, don't tread on me!

Drive your convertibles
With the top down,
Go golfing at a golf course
Where club members often meet,
Throw your money away
Instead of helping the less fortunate,
But,
Don't you DARE tread on me!
