Broken

Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

I sit and watch you weeping,
Your eyes blackened and blue,
You're in a deep depression,
What has he done to you?

You know you have to leave now,
Escape him while you can,
Go find a place of safety,
Away, from such a man,

He's sorry that he hit you,
And won't do this again,
But can't you see, he gets his kicks,
Inflicting you with pain,

Leave now, just get away from him,
Don't go back for some clothes,
Remember, last time when you did,
He callously broke your nose,

And then he'll say he loves you,
Couldn't live without you near,
You tell him that you love him too,
But that's not love, its fear,

Your eyes are all cried out now,
Spirit broken, tears so few,
You tell me that you love him,
Has LOVE done this to you?
