My First Royalty Check
My first royalty check
Was such a disappointment,
Only one book got sold
Make sense? Believe me, it doesn't.
I have waited six damn months
For what? Only this,
I tried to hold the tears back
My anger, I couldn't dismiss.
I did everything myself
Except, publish it,
Maybe I should be my own publisher
I don't like this, no, not one little bit.
I was am so fed up
Thinking this next book, will be my last,
But, I won't give them the satisfaction
This disappointment, will never pass.

I can't believe this!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so glad, I didn't set my standards too high. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!
