'Twas early morn sunrise
When I looked over the ocean,
I could hear your voice, ringing in my head
From the night before.

We were standing on the cliffs of Heaven
When we were looking up at the stars,
You had pledged your love to me
Until the ends of time.

You turned and walked away
And galloped away on your noble steed,
I begged of you to stay
But you drifted off into the night, with the wind.

My love remains with thee
I hear your voice beckoning, in the wind,
Stay with me forever, my love
Our hearts, will be entwined forever.
