Kangaroo Song

Hopping along the billabong,
Singing and dancing
To the kangaroo song,
Knowing Australia's lots of fun.

Weaving between the eucalyptus trees
Our tails are wet
We got water
Up to our knees,
Hopping along through the billabong
Just singing to
The kangaroo song.

Copyright Cynthia Jones
July.26/2004
Sung to the tune of "Peter Cottontail."
