Through My Window 
Through my window,
Skies are blue,
Sun is shining,
Whoopie doo!
Birds are singing,
Nature's song,
Where has my inspiration,
Gone?
It comes to me,
It fits and starts,
I write of love,
And broken hearts,
I write of people,
That I knew,
Some I love,
Well, one or two,
They passed my way,
And left their mark,
When they'd gone,
My world seemed dark,
And even brightest,
Sun filled day,
Failed miserably,
To light my way,
And through my window,
I look out,
And wonder,
What it's all about.
