Goodbye 
I'm really doing fine now,
Just standing by myself,
Did you really think I'd miss you?
Never look at someone else,
Did you think my heart was broken?
And never to repair,
As you can see, I'm doing well,
Why do you stand and stare,
Do I really look so different?
From when you saw me last,
Do you now,
Regret that I,
Am simply in your past,
No more can you control me,
I'm stronger than you know,
The day I started living,
Was the day I let you go,
The day I set my heart free,
To think of love once more,
Was the day you threw my love away,
And walked right out the door,
And so, you stand before me,
I hold my head up high,
The time has come to say this now,
Goodnight, good luck, goodbye.
